Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

The below terms contain the agreement between you and Women Veterans Australia (WVA) (WVUA Ltd) ACN 649 552 803 as to the terms on which you are permitted by WVA to use the website (“the Terms”).

WVA owns and operates the website, and owns all intellectual property rights in the website including all content on the website unless otherwise indicated, and all such rights are specifically reserved. WVA has also been licensed to use content on the website in which the intellectual property rights are owned by third parties. WVA permits you to use and otherwise benefit from the website but only in accordance with the Terms and subject to any limitations on the use of any content stored on the website that have been imposed upon WVA by its respective content providers.

By your use of the website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Terms and you express your agreement to be bound by them.
